Position Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our 900-person Logan, UT plant. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, regulatory compliance, HR policy administration, and partner engagement. The HR Manager works closely with the Plant Manager and Leadership Team to develop leaders, improve workforce performance, and enhance employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring, onboarding, and internal job transfers.

  • Employee Relations: Manage partner relations, performance management, and coaching initiatives.

  • Policy & Compliance: Administer HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.

  • Training & Development: Conduct partner and leadership training programs.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Leadership Team to implement workforce initiatives.

  • HR Process Improvement: Enhance HR systems and processes, including Workday and Kronos.

  • Communication: Share HR policies, compensation, benefits, and initiatives with employees.

  • Audit Support: Lead customer audits related to Code of Conduct, Sociability, and Sustainability.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • 3+ years of HR and/or leadership experience preferred.

  • Expertise in HR practices, employment law, and labor law.

  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday, Kronos, or other HR systems.

  • Ability to travel 1–2 times per year for leadership training.
