Human Resources Manager

We are currently expanding our leadership team and seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to support our continued growth.
Position Overview
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within your assigned offices. This includes managing recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements, and providing coaching and support to employees and managers. This role requires excellent organizational abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage recruitment activities to meet staffing needs across assigned locations

Ensure compliance with all applicable state licensing and regulatory requirements

Provide guidance, coaching, and counseling to employees and supervisors

Maintain effective organizational systems and documentation practices

Support employee relations, particularly with hourly staff, fostering a positive and professional workplace culture
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience

Strong background in high-volume recruiting

Proven experience managing hourly employee relations

Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct

Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
