Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and supporting organizational goals. This role involves direct management and coordination of HR activities or supervision through subordinate staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR laws and reporting requirements.

  • Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, testing, and selecting candidates for open roles.

  • Conduct new hire orientations to align employees with company culture and objectives.

  • Serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage departmental operations, including goal setting, strategic planning, and system development.

  • Administer site-wide compensation programs, update job descriptions, and manage performance evaluation and career development systems.

  • Maintain and implement the Affirmative Action Plan; complete annual EEO-1 reports and ensure compliance with all EEO regulations.

  • Coordinate training and development programs across departments; assist in curriculum design and implementation.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, including coaching and corrective actions.

  • Analyze HR reports and outcomes to assess departmental performance and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years’ experience in human resources and training.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Knowledge of accounting and finance

  • Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels

  • Excellent communication, training, and public speaking abilities

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,100 USD

  • Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location
