Job Summary
Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager I to support a broad range of HR functions. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive workplace culture through effective management of employee relations, turnover reduction, talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily HR operations with a focus on recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.

Manage and support payroll and benefits processes to ensure accurate and timely administration.

Develop strategies to minimize employee turnover and strengthen workplace morale.

Promote a culture of positive employee relations and serve as a trusted advisor to team members.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, etc.).

Support internal policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Cintas’ HR standards.
Required Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred

At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Working knowledge of HR-related legal requirements, including FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and OSHA
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing a Workers’ Compensation program
Compensation
-
Salary Range: $59,400 – $72,451.88/year
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and company needs. Most new hires will not begin at the top of the range.
