Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role involves on-site service, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance for our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and system calibration following installation.

Handle basic, non-complex issues, escalating more advanced problems to senior technicians.

Utilize technical expertise and preventive maintenance skills to determine service needs.

Provide detailed reports on maintenance inspections and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, sharing workload and information to maximize customer satisfaction.

Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Perform other assigned duties as required.

Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems.

EPA Certification (Type I & Type II or Universal) required.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Strong technical aptitude for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in electrical and mechanical diagnostics.

Ability to complete repairs and required documentation efficiently.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time effectively.

NATE certification is a plus.

Availability for on-call service coverage as needed.

Occasional travel may be required.
