Your part-time, hybrid schedule will be as flexible as you need it to be! Shifts will vary and fall within business hours, which include afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Whether in-person or via telehealth, you’ll work in a way that fits your life while meeting the needs of your clients.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HYBRID CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHOTHERAPIST

As a Hybrid Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, you will provide compassionate care to children and adolescents, many of whom are part of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. You will spend your day offering therapy sessions in person or via telehealth, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your clients to thrive. You will diligently maintain clinical documentation and health records, collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care, and communicate with clients and their families as needed per Release of Information agreements. Your role will include consulting with peers and contributing to a team atmosphere that prioritizes client wellness and professional growth.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Active and unrestricted PA license (i.e. LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping others

Experience and comfortability conducting sessions via telehealth is preferred. Experience and passion for working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities is also a plus.
