One of the largest Not for Profits in New York is looking to add a Regional Finance Manager to their Bronx team. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week in office, 1 day remote. They offer awesome benefits, tons of time off (holidays and Holy Days), every other Friday off in the summer, pension funded by Archdiocese and 403B as well.

Job Function

  • Budgeting and forecasting for multiple entities.
  • Monitoring, running reports, and analyzing General Ledger activity for adherence to parameters of the annual budget and to identify variances.
  • Conducting bi-monthly meetings with assigned Leadership to; discuss the analytical review of budget versus actual spending; communicate budget variances providing explanations and solutions; and to develop new year budgets for each entity.

Job Requirement

  • BS in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in both budgeting and forecasting as well as accounting.
  • Strong systems experience in both Excel and a large ERP system.
