Achievement First is a growing network of non-profit, high-performing, college-preparatory public charter schools serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island.

Qualifications and Experience

Two years of teaching experience preferred, with a track record of high student achievement.

Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3.0 GPA required; Master’s preferred). Candidates with a 2.75–3.0 GPA may submit additional recommendations for consideration.

Connecticut teaching certification (or actively pursuing certification).
