Join Us as an In-House Graphic Designer
Frazer-Nash Consultancy is seeking a talented In-House Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Communications Team. As an In-House Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually engaging content that resonates with our brand’s ethos and values. This position allows you to work across a variety of channels, both digital and print, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that elevate the Frazer-Nash brand. You will be involved in the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring our materials consistently reflect the standards of excellence we stand for.
Key Responsibilities of the In-House Graphic Designer
Creative Design Across Multiple Channels

Collaborate with internal teams to define project requirements and create impactful designs

Produce materials for both digital and print campaigns, including brochures, leaflets, and exhibition stands

Maintain brand consistency and offer guidance on proper usage of brand assets across all departments
Design Tools & Workflow

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics

Develop attractive PowerPoint presentations and produce infographics

Deliver designs that meet best practice accessibility standards

Stay on top of design trends to ensure we’re always pushing the boundaries of creativity
Skills & Experience for the In-House Graphic Designer
What We’re Looking For:

A qualification in graphic design and proven experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and design principles

Experience in working with both print and digital formats

Familiarity with the design process from briefing to delivery

Experience in acting as a brand guardian and ensuring consistency across materials
Desirable Additional Skills:

HTML, animation, video editing, or CMS experience

Knowledge of PowerPoint and Word template creation

Supplier negotiation experience and understanding of print processes
