Position Overview:

As an In Room Dining Attendant, you will be the friendly and reliable liaison between the kitchen and our guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of in-room dining orders. You’ll provide a high level of hospitality by managing guest requests over the phone, entering orders into our POS system, and delivering meals with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and process guest food and beverage orders via phone

• Accurately input orders into the POS system

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally

• Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards during deliveries

• Provide a warm, courteous, and efficient experience for all guests

• Handle guest concerns or requests with a positive, solution-focused approach

• Support other food & beverage team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, room service, or food & beverage preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and guest service

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• POS system experience is a plus

• Must be able to lift and carry food trays and stand for extended periods
