Role Overview
As a Food & Beverage Server at the SLS Hotel, Beverly Hills, you’ll deliver exceptional dining experiences by serving food and beverages with professionalism and warmth. From setting tables and answering menu questions to communicating guest needs and ensuring cleanliness, you will be an essential part of providing luxury service to every guest.
Responsibilities include:

Serve food and alcoholic beverages according to service standards

Answer menu questions and communicate special requests or allergies to the kitchen

Record orders in MICROS system and ensure timely delivery

Check in with guests to confirm satisfaction with meals and drinks

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware throughout shift
-
Complete closing duties such as restocking and shutting down stations
-
Ensure professional appearance and adherence to safety/security policies

Provide thoughtful service to guests, including those with disabilities

Support teamwork and maintain positive working relationships
Qualifications
Preferred Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: At least 1 year of related food & beverage service experience preferred
Supervisory Experience: None required
Licenses/Certifications: None required
Physical Requirements

Stand, sit, or walk for long periods (entire shift if needed)

Move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs independently; over 50 lbs with assistance

Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and climb stairs/ramps as needed

Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for service tasks
