The Role

We are looking for friendly, confident, and reliable individuals to join our growing Customer Service team. As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—handling enquiries, solving problems, and making every interaction a positive experience.

No cold calling or sales targets—just excellent, people-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally

  • Actively listen and provide tailored solutions to customer queries

  • Offer product/service information clearly and accurately

  • Log call details and customer interactions in the system

  • Escalate complex issues as per company protocols

  • Meet individual and team service response targets

  • Stay calm and helpful in high-pressure situations

What We’re Looking For

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • Excellent listening and problem-solving ability

  • Calm, patient, and approachable under pressure

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven setting

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or retail is a plus

  • Must be available for full-time hours and able to start immediately
