Role Overview:
The Incident Response Analyst will manage daily customer incidents, perform forensic analysis, and lead incident response efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily incident response for customer incidents.
- Perform forensic analysis of compromised systems and recommend remediation.
- Lead and prioritize incident response efforts, creating detailed incident reports.
- Manage complex global incidents.
- Perform large-scale compromise assessments.
- Develop incident response plans and playbooks.
- Create attack scenarios for training exercises.
- Build and maintain sandbox/test lab environments.
- Coordinate work actions within a team.
Required Qualifications:
- Not an entry-level SOC role.
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 2-5 years in Tier 3 incident response and system compromise analysis.
- Experience with security reviews and vulnerability risk assessments.
- Experience with enterprise security solutions and incident crisis management.
- Experience performing attack simulations for training.
- Experience creating security procedures and documented plans.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
