What You Will Do

Remove, repair, and install electrical components and systems.

Perform advanced troubleshooting, system analysis, and process optimization.

Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment, including substations, power distribution systems, switchgear, motors, controls, process controls, and pneumatic equipment.

Troubleshoot and maintain AC/DC drives, PLCs, overhead cranes, management control systems, field transmitters/transducers, weigh scales, and low/medium voltage equipment.

Install and renovate electrical systems in compliance with regulatory standards.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, ensuring safe equipment use and adherence to environmental and safety activities.

Mentor and train other electrical workers as needed.
What You Bring
-
Completion of an approved Certified Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Program OR
-
4+ years of industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair & maintenance experience OR
-
Associate’s degree/Trade School Certification in a related field AND 2+ years of relevant experience.

Strong ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical circuits and connected equipment.

Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, schematics, and prints.

Willingness to relocate to Morenci, AZ (required).
Work Environment

On-site, in-person role at the Morenci, AZ facility.
