Company Overview
Established in 1946 by Pietro and Giovanni Ferrero, the Ferrero Group is a family-owned company now in its third generation. It has grown through the dedication of talented individuals who are committed to continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care. This commitment is at the core of everything we do, shaping both our products and the environment in which we operate.
Ferrero is home to some of the world’s most beloved confectionery brands, including Nutella®, Tic Tac®, Ferrero Rocher®, and Kinder Surprise®. Our products are cherished by generations and have become part of traditions in over 170 countries worldwide.
In 2015, Ferrero embarked on a new phase of expansion through strategic acquisitions. Since then, we have broadened our portfolio by acquiring brands such as Fannie May, the confectionery division of Nestlé, and Eat Natural, extending our reach into the healthy snack segment.
The key to our global success lies in our team of 38,767 employees around the world, all committed to delivering excellence in our business, careers, and brands. From day one, we foster an environment where curiosity and natural talents can thrive. We provide the tools and support necessary for personal and professional growth within a diverse, multicultural, and innovative workplace.
In 2021, Ferrero was recognized as the confectionery company with the best reputation globally by RepTrak.
