Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of electrical systems

Install, maintain and upgrade electrical components: motors, control panels, lighting, drives, and PLCs

Diagnose faults and implement efficient repairs to minimize downtime

Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and capital projects

Maintain strict compliance with food safety, H&S, and environmental standards

Document all work and follow detailed record-keeping practices
Who You Are

Qualified Electrician: NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent

Industrial or Commercial Experience: Strong electrical skills and safety knowledge (e.g. Lockout/Tagout, HACCP)

Technically Proficient: Able to read diagrams/schematics; PLC, control systems, and VSD experience desirable

Reliable & Flexible: Willing to participate in shared on-call rota for breakdowns

Full UK Driving Licence: Required for travel to remote sites

Bonus: Mechanical or multi-skilled background is a plus, not essential
