Position: Journeyman Electrician – Industrial & Commercial Projects
Division: Electric
Location: Travel required (up to 100%) with per diem support
What You’ll Do
As a Journeyman Electrician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality electrical work across industrial and commercial projects. Responsibilities include:

Applying knowledge of current electrical codes and industry best practices.

Executing installations and construction tasks on active project sites.

Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
-
Ordering, managing, and maintaining tools, equipment, and materials.
-
Leading by example and mentoring apprentices on-site.
-
Managing project documentation within digital systems.
-
Traveling for out-of-town projects as needed.

Taking on additional duties to support project success.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and lead by example. Successful candidates will have:

Journeyman’s License (required; reciprocity accepted).

5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
-
Willingness to travel up to 100%, including overnight stays.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Compensation
-
Pay Range: $40/hr – $50/hr (plus per diem and incentive opportunities).

Weekly Pay: Competitive wages with performance-based rewards.

Physical Requirements
This role requires:
