About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Partnerships Executive to lead branded content sales and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced digital media space and has a passion for the creator economy. You’ll manage outbound and inbound sales efforts, pitch campaign concepts, and oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive both outbound and inbound sales to secure brand deals for our creators

  • Build and maintain relationships with brands and advertising agencies

  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, pitching, closing, and liaising with internal teams on campaign execution

  • Respond to RFPs and develop custom branded content proposals

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand partnership sales

  • Demonstrated success in reaching and exceeding revenue targets

  • Established relationships with agency and brand-side decision-makers

  • Experience selling pre-roll, mid-roll, and integrated influencer content

  • Strong knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the creator economy

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication
