Information Security Analyst

About the Role
Join Yoh as an Information Security Analyst and become a key member of our Security Operations and Engineering team. In this role, you will help protect critical data and IT infrastructure while supporting business operations. You’ll collaborate with technical and business teams, respond to security incidents, and implement solutions that strengthen organizational cybersecurity posture. The Information Security Analyst role is perfect for professionals with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, who are passionate about securing cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations and Incident Response

• Lead incident response efforts and manage alerts from SOC tools.

• Provide Level II support for escalated security tickets.

• Assist in root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to processes.

• Monitor and maintain security posture across systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management

• Support audits, governance initiatives, and vendor risk assessments.

• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOC2, PCI, and SOX.

• Collaborate on policy development and process improvements.

Vulnerability Management and System Security

• Drive vulnerability remediation and coordinate patch management activities.

• Recommend upgrades, changes, and security enhancements to scale operations.

• Work with Active Directory / MS Entra ID, cloud platforms, and security tools to ensure robust protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Security, IT, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Information Security or IT engineering with increasing responsibilities.

• 2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, O365) and related technologies.

• Hands-on experience with SOAR, vulnerability management, and query languages (KQL, SPL).

• Knowledge of networking, email authentication, event logging, and incident response procedures.

• Preferred certifications: GSEC, CISSP, AWS.

• Strong prioritization, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
