About the Role
The Information Security Specialist will oversee identity and access management (IAM) compliance and governance across the organization, including third-party and SaaS applications. This role ensures IAM policies, standards, and controls are properly implemented and sustained to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain adherence to IAM policies and controls for SaaS applications.

  • Support governance activities, including periodic access reviews, entitlement certifications, and segregation of duties (SOD) monitoring.

  • Collaborate with SaaS owners, technology, risk, and compliance teams to remediate audit findings and address IAM-related issues.

  • Contribute to IAM reporting, metrics, and dashboards to evaluate compliance and effectiveness.

  • Participate in process improvements to align IAM governance with changing regulatory standards.

  • Support IAM lifecycle management for SaaS and third-party systems.

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to integrate IAM governance into external platforms.

  • Assist in exception management, documenting control gaps, and risk acceptances.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in IAM, IT Risk, Audit, or Information Security.

  • Working knowledge of IAM technologies and SaaS integrations.

  • Familiarity with IAM governance and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, NIST, etc.).

  • Experience collaborating with risk, compliance, and audit teams.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
