JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking to hire an IT Support Specialist that will assist an automotive client. You will be supporting 100+ end users across the facility for any and all technical related issues, which can include troubleshooting devices, configuring laptops/devices, troubleshooting printers etc. This position will require a keen knowledge of Windows and iOS, as the organization has various types of devices.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of IT support experience to at least 25+ end users.
- Experience troubleshooting and setting up printers.
- Proficient with configuring and imaging devices: laptops, phones, iPads.
- Proficient with Windows.
- Good communications skills are imperative.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience at a car dealership.
- Experience with CDK or any dealership management system.
