Role Overview
Bank of America is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, develop, and implement tools and services that support business strategies in compliance with enterprise architecture standards. This role involves developing automation solutions, enabling efficient deployment, and ensuring the integration of applications and infrastructure across platforms. Key Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise and consulting across a range of technologies.

Translate business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and deployment playbooks.

Develop automation solutions to eliminate manual or repetitive processes.

Conduct technical evaluations of third-party products for firm adoption.

Support application integration on Windows, Linux, and cross-platform environments.

Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years as a DevOps Engineer.

Experience with Windows OS, IIS, .NET application integration.

Understanding of Linux application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, Java apps).

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, firewalls, and load balancing.

Troubleshooting skills for application integration across multiple environments.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: XLR, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible Tower.

Familiarity with Splunk and log analysis/dump tools.

Experience working in an Agile environment.
