Job Title:

Inside Sales Account Manager

Location: Guelph, ON (In-person, onsite)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Weekly sales calls to customers
Communicating customer needs/issues to outside sales
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
Keeping assigned customer up with product and service information and updates as needed
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Participate in meetings to discuss benchmarks, personal as well as team goals
Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
Maintaining a database of current customers
Staying informed about competing products and services
Upselling products and introductory product selling
Researching and qualifying new leads
Processing all customer orders accurately
Answering Phone orders.
Communicating with all departments within Puresource to ensure excellent customer service
Ensuring special shipping costs are expressed to the customer and special shipping requirements communicated to the Shipping Department
Perform other duties as assigned

Required qualifications, education, experience, training, skills, background, certifications:

Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
Driven and want to develop your skills within a growing company
Ability to function successfully both independently and in a team environment
Strong work ethic, positive team attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Personable and comfortable communicating by phone and e-mail
Inside Sales experience preferred (3-5 years)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Solution oriented
Highly organized with superior attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Sales experience and business acumen is considered an asset
Bilingual in English and French Mandatory
