Responsibilities

  • Develop action plans and schedules to identify target markets and forecast contact goals.
  • Generate and pursue new leads from initial cold calls to successful deal closure.
  • Proactively follow up on new leads and referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients and manage assigned accounts effectively.
  • Create customized pricing proposals and draft sales contracts.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales materials and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and support sales initiatives.
  • Share insights on new product and service opportunities, market trends, and customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Represent eClinicalWorks at marketing events, including seminars, tradeshows, and other industry gatherings.
  • Conduct lead generation by contacting physician practices via phone and email to schedule demonstrations of eClinicalWorks’ industry-leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
  • Execute targeted sales campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to identify new prospects and grow assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in Healthcare IT.
  • Proven track record of independently generating and closing leads through cold calling.
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
