Essential Functions

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team, driving them to meet and exceed sales objectives.

  • Execution of Key Initiatives: Lead and support strategic sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering team success.

  • Sales Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data insights for continuous improvement. Proficiency in Customer 360 and Salesforce (SFDC) for detailed reporting and analysis is required.

  • Sales Training Implementation: Design, deliver, and manage ongoing sales training programs to ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.

  • Role-Playing Exercises: Conduct role-play sessions to enhance sales techniques and boost team confidence in various selling scenarios.

  • Weekly 1-on-1 Meetings: Hold regular one-on-one sessions with team members to review performance, offer coaching, and address challenges.

  • Deal and Promotion Approvals: Manage the approval of sales deals, promotions, and discounts in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.

  • Team Meetings: Facilitate regular team meetings to align on objectives, review progress, share best practices, and foster collaboration.

  • Onboarding New Sales Reps: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped with resources, training, and support to thrive.

  • Performance Reviews: Conduct formal performance evaluations, providing actionable feedback and setting development goals. Responsibilities include reviewing P2Es and GN Voice Surveys in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales.

  • Strategy Sessions: Lead individual strategy sessions to review pipeline opportunities, refine sales tactics, and remove obstacles.

  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and results.

  • Driving Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity and encourage fresh ideas to drive growth and enhance sales strategies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with a focus in Business or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Experience:

    • Proven success in phone sales, preferably in the medical device or hearing care industry.

    • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience (non-retail).

    • 5–7 years of total sales experience with a blend of inside and outside sales preferred.

    • Prior management experience is a plus.
