The Role:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to support business objectives, drive sales growth, and lead a high-performing team. This role balances managing your own customer portfolio with coaching and developing inside sales team members to achieve divisional market penetration, product volume, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a foundational book of business, identify growth opportunities, and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while uncovering new product opportunities with prospects.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance reviews, feedback, and growth plans.

• Monitor productivity and provide actionable insights to achieve team and individual goals.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance business operations.

• Ensure accurate reporting and CRM metrics are maintained.

• Travel 25–30% to support team and individual customer calls.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience; experience leading teams is a plus.

• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficient in executing and coaching the full sales process: opportunity generation, qualification, solution/proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

• Ability to prioritize and balance customer and internal needs.

• Undergraduate degree preferred.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and business analytics skills.

• Relocation assistance provided to Evansville, IN; if not open to relocation, must be willing to commute quarterly.
