About the Role

Nourish is seeking its first Inside Sales Manager to design, lead, and scale the company’s inside sales operations. You’ll play a key role in converting inbound provider leads and developing new markets beyond the core field team’s coverage. With thousands of providers expressing interest in partnering with Nourish, this role calls for a systems-driven sales leader who can identify high-potential leads, streamline engagement processes, and build scalable sales infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to ensure an efficient, data-informed, and high-performing sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead Nourish’s first inside sales motion.

  • Qualify and prioritize high-intent inbound leads efficiently.

  • Utilize automation tools (email sequencing, scheduling workflows, HeyGen) to maximize productivity.

  • Experiment with communication tactics and funnel design to boost conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to enhance routing logic and reporting.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to refine the provider experience.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for scaling across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of inside sales experience (health-tech or B2B SaaS preferred).

  • Proven record of exceeding quotas in high-volume, provider-facing roles.

  • Strong systems mindset with experience creating scalable workflows.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building from the ground up.

  • Proficiency in automation tools and creative outreach strategies (e.g., video, email sequencing).

  • Passion for Nourish’s mission and its positive impact on healthcare.
