Inside Sales Rep

Key Responsibilities

• Generate rental quotes, make reservations, and process contracts

• Support walk-in and call-in clients, establish new accounts, and identify opportunities to pass along to Outside Sales Representatives

• Provide product education and proper equipment usage instructions to customers

• Assist customers with equipment loading and unloading

• Coordinate deliveries by dispatching trucks and managing delivery expectations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• Previous knowledge of trench safety products and their applications is a plus

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
