Inside Sales Representative

The Position

Weaver Popcorn Hybrids is looking for a hardworking, hungry, and detail-oriented individual to develop and execute the internal workings of our sales department. The individual will serve to carry out the order processing and shipping details and assist in developing relationships with customers. Responsibilities include:

· Working alongside sales department, continually improving processes

· Working alongside seed production department to move inventory

· Working alongside finance department to manage transactions

· Working with shipping vendors, procuring documents, and tracking shipments

· Maintain supplies for sales department and place purchase orders with vendors

· Organize involvement in field days and trade shows

· Occasional travel to visit customers and yield trials

· Create content for media outlets

· Other responsibilities as requested by supervisor

The Requirements

The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree and experience or skills to perform the following:

· Ability and desire to travel domestically up to 5% of time

· Proofing documents to ensure accuracy

· Juggling multiple projects simultaneously

· Working on projects with little supervision

· Freight logistics

· Microsoft Office

· Accounting and marketing experience are a plus
