Are you a multi-instrumentalist with a passion for inspiring young musicians? Newquay Tretherras is seeking talented and dedicated Instrumental Teachers to join our dynamic Arts & Technology Faculty on a flexible, casual basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly creative and supportive team, working in a school known for its thriving Music and Performing Arts programme.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver individual or small group music lessons to students

Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular music programme, concerts, and productions

Support class teachers in raising musical achievement

Assist in the technical aspects of performances and music events

Help shape the enrichment offer according to your specialism

Promote a love of music in a vibrant, inclusive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For
You should be:
A confident, skilled instrumentalist (any instrument/specialism considered)
Passionate about music education and enrichment
Comfortable delivering 1:1 and small group sessions
Flexible and committed to student development
Interested in working in a collaborative, creative team
Ideally considering or open to a future career in classroom Music teaching
