The Role: Integrated Marketing Manager
As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driver of multi-channel growth across Amazon, e-commerce, D2C, affiliates/influencers, and social media. This role requires a blend of strategy and execution—you’ll own campaign development, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate the brand and capture market share.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated campaigns across Amazon, e-commerce, affiliates/influencers, social, and D2C.

Craft compelling brand storytelling and creative campaigns tailored to the supplements/wellness space.

Analyze acquisition, retention, engagement, and ROI; refine strategies based on performance.

Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver visually engaging, brand-aligned content.

Oversee and guide external partners and agencies to ensure alignment and results.

Track KPIs and leverage insights to optimize campaigns.

Stay ahead of digital, wellness, and influencer trends.
Qualifications

5+ years in digital, e-commerce, or integrated marketing.

Experience in supplements, health & wellness, or CPG industries.

Proven success with Amazon marketing, D2C campaigns, and multi-channel strategies.

Strong creative sensibility with ownership of brand narrative.

Experience managing agencies and external partnerships.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Salary Range: $115,000 – $140,000 annually DOE + bonus
