About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Interim Marketing & Website Manager to lead growth and enhance the customer experience for Good Store.

This full-time, fixed-term role (Oct 2025 – Dec 2026) provides coverage during a current team member’s leave. You’ll oversee digital marketing, e-commerce site management, and product launches, working closely with the Good Store team to expand reach, optimize performance, and fuel positive impact.

What You’ll Do

  • E-Commerce Management

    • Own and optimize the Good Store website (Shopify), ensuring a seamless, conversion-focused, and on-brand customer experience.

    • Oversee product listings, content updates, and site performance.

  • Marketing & Growth

    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (email, SEO, social media, paid ads).

    • Create and manage newsletters, blogs, and social content to engage and grow the audience.

    • Launch seasonal and evergreen campaigns that reflect our mission and drive sales.

  • Customer Experience & Insights

    • Foster two-way communication with customers through reviews, surveys, and social engagement.

    • Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance to drive retention and optimize conversion rates.

  • Product & Team Leadership

    • Lead marketing execution for new product launches, aligning with cross-functional teams.

    • Supervise and support the Product Specialist in identifying and introducing new mission-aligned products.

    • Maintain creative, joyful, and consistent brand voice across all channels.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience & Skills

    • 2+ years in e-commerce marketing, digital campaigns, or website management (consumer products/retail preferred).

    • Proficiency with Shopify, Shopify apps (e.g., ReCharge, Okendo), Klaviyo, SEO, and CRO strategies.

    • Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into action.

    • Familiarity with A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey optimization.

    • Hands-on design/content creation skills (Canva or similar).

  • Mindset & Approach

    • Customer-first focus with creative problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

    • Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.

    • Comfort working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.

    • Bonus: Experience in unionized or collective bargaining settings.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 – $90,000/year (DOE)

  • Remote-first role (US-based) | Option to work from Missoula, MT

  • Reports to: Interim Good Store General Manager

  • Supervises: Product Specialist
