We’re offering a paid, full-time 12-month internship in the Polydor Marketing team, where you’ll support real artist campaigns, learn from industry leaders, and grow through structured professional development.
About Amplify U
Amplify U is UMG UK’s early talent programme, designed to create an inclusive and sustainable talent pipeline into the music industry. It offers hands-on experience, coaching, mentoring, and soft skills development for individuals aged 18+ from all backgrounds.
What You’ll Do
As a Polydor Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with Marketing Managers and Coordinators to support high-impact campaigns for top artists. Your responsibilities will include:
Administrative Tasks

Distribute streaming stats and campaign updates

Book travel, couriers, and accommodation

Organise and update internal schedules, gig guides, and meeting minutes

Order AV products and merchandise
Operational Support

Set up digital releases and manage physical/digital pre-orders

Assist with sales note distribution and ad campaign trafficking

Help manage marketing budgets through Uniport (invoice processing, budget tracking)

Coordinate with production, promo teams, and suppliers

Arrange artist events, signings, and playback sessions
Learning & Development

Personalised coaching and strengths profiling

Quarterly workshops (e.g. presenting, time management)

Shadowing days and cross-department experiences

Ongoing check-ins and career planning support
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s:

Passionate about music and eager to grow in marketing

Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
-
A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments

A strong communicator, both written and verbal

Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bonus Points For:

Experience in a music or creative role (personal or professional)

Knowledge of Photoshop or video editing
