Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician

Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) Physician to deliver high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population. This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute treatment in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in adult and/or pediatric patients

• Conduct routine wellness exams, health screenings, and preventive care

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education

• Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records (EHR)

• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in IM or FM

• Active NY medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or hybrid settings

• Strong clinical and communication skills with a patient-focused approach

Compensation:
Salary is based on experience, education, location, and skills. Bonus eligibility (if applicable) will be discussed during the offer process.
