Role Overview – International Admissions Officer

Join the Global Development Office at Arden University and become an essential member of our international team. As an International Admissions Officer, you’ll manage applications from prospective students, ensuring compliance with admissions policies and UKVI regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing undergraduate and postgraduate applications for international students.

  • Making decisions in line with set entry criteria and UKVI guidelines.

  • Communicating with applicants and agents throughout the admissions journey.

  • Conducting pre-CAS assessments and verifying academic qualifications.

  • Investigating fraudulent documentation and maintaining data accuracy in our student systems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in international admissions or recruitment within UK higher education.

  • Strong knowledge of UKVI regulations.

  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Familiarity with student systems and CRM platforms.

 Desirable Extras:

  • ECCTIS experience and understanding of global education systems.

  • Flexibility to travel, including international assignments and event participation.

This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel to:

  • Coventry Head Office

  • Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester campuses

  • London sites: Tower Hill, Holborn, and Ealing
