QA Higher Education is hiring an International Admissions Officer to support the student admissions process for our university partners. If you have a background in admissions, education, or recruitment and thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments, we want to hear from you!
This hybrid role allows you to work primarily from home while being based in London, Birmingham, or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities

Review and process incoming student applications

Validate academic qualifications and/or relevant professional experience

Ensure application procedures comply with QA, university partners, and UKVI regulations

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data compliance

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support smooth application processing

Respond to student queries with professionalism and clarity

Communicate admissions decisions promptly and clearly
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Experience working in a customer-facing or education-related environment

Ability to interpret and apply compliance policies

Strong IT and data entry skills, ideally with CRM systems

Confident working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting

Effective problem-solving and multitasking ability
Desirable:

Prior knowledge of the UK Higher Education sector

Familiarity with UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) regulations
