About the Role

As an International Sales Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Sales and take the lead in building and maintaining strong global partnerships. You’ll drive brand growth, expand into new markets, and develop key accounts across education ministries, universities, NGOs, and private distributors.

This is a strategic role where your ability to influence stakeholders at the highest level and deliver sustainable commercial success will be vital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for international growth

  • Identify and secure new strategic partnerships and key distributors

  • Maintain strong relationships with Ministries of Education, NGOs, and other stakeholders

  • Understand governmental education priorities and funding trends to influence sales strategy

  • Research and pursue international funding and tender opportunities

  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing models, incentives, and targets

  • Forecast monthly sales performance and maintain accurate pipeline reports

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to co-develop in-country promotional campaigns

  • Represent TTS at global education fairs and exhibitions

  • Maintain CRM systems and report key customer insights

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven success in B2B and B2G international sales

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in strategic growth planning

  • Ability to influence at senior levels (e.g. Ministries, universities, procurement teams)

  • High-level communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in solution-based selling

  • Strong organisational and workload management skills

  • Confident using CRM and Microsoft Office tools

Desirable

  • Experience in the international education market

  • Multilingual – Italian or Spanish highly desirable

  • Full UK driving license and valid passport
