Position Summary

Infor is seeking an Inventory Clerk for our Hospitality Hardware Operations team in Nashua, NH. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking stock movements, and ensuring that all products, materials, and equipment are properly stored and accounted for. You’ll work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and operations teams to support efficient inventory control, reduce discrepancies, and improve operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and record inventory in physical and digital systems.

  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation.

  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas according to company procedures.

  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Update inventory databases with details, quantities, and stock movements.

  • Label, tag, or mark items with identifying codes, prices, or inventory numbers.

  • Communicate low stock or overstock situations to purchasing and warehouse teams.

  • Prepare inventory reports for supervisors and managers.

  • Support loss prevention and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Process shipments via FedEx and UPS.

  • Receive and release inventory for service orders, purchase orders, or parts requests.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related field.

  • Basic math and computer skills; experience with inventory software preferred.

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

  • Understanding of shipping, receiving, and stocking procedures.

  • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree.

  • Experience conducting inventory audits or cycle counts.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Infor, Oracle, Fishbowl).

  • Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience.

  • Knowledge of inventory best practices and loss prevention.

  • Familiarity with barcode/RFID scanning and labeling systems.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, sorting, pivot tables).

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments.
