Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP AS400 WMS, including goods in/out, purchasing, and shipping.
  • Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and investigate damages or inventory discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Verify shipping orders for accuracy using catalogues, product lists, and other references.
  • Identify unused items, recommending disposal of excess or damaged products.
  • Support goods in/out booking requests via Outlook and telephone.
  • Follow all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient inventory management.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in stock control.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP AS400 is desirable (training provided).
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
