Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP AS400 WMS, including goods in/out, purchasing, and shipping.
- Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
- Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and investigate damages or inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Verify shipping orders for accuracy using catalogues, product lists, and other references.
- Identify unused items, recommending disposal of excess or damaged products.
- Support goods in/out booking requests via Outlook and telephone.
- Follow all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient inventory management.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in stock control.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP AS400 is desirable (training provided).
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
