Investor Officer

Job Description

We are seeking an Investor Officer to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Basingstoke. As an Investor Officer, you will be responsible for administering requests related to Pensions, ISAs, and General Investment Accounts, ensuring compliance with service levels and company regulations. Your role will involve handling a variety of tasks, from processing new transactions to managing complex pension inquiries and bereavement claims.

Key Responsibilities of the Investor Officer

As an Investor Officer, you will manage a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s investment services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer and adviser requests related to financial products, ensuring service levels are met

• Processing new money, updating customer information, and resolving complex pension-related issues

• Suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience and drive efficiency

• Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as IFC, CASS, and SYSC rules in all transactions

• Providing team cover to maintain high service standards and meet FNZ client agreements
