Your Responsibilities

As an IT Apprentice, you’ll work under expert guidance to:

Support and maintain IT systems, user hardware, and software
Respond to and resolve IT Helpdesk tickets within service targets
Configure, test, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, phones, and mobile devices
Monitor and escalate network/system issues
Assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft product installations
Help manage licensing, IT inventory, and supplier communications
Take part in business-driven tech setups (office moves, new hardware rollouts)
Complete an accredited IT apprenticeship qualification during your placement

What We’re Looking For

5 GCSEs at grades 9–4 (A*–C), including English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field
Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure
A genuine interest in tech, troubleshooting, and teamwork
