Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Product Development Lifecycle:
    • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch support.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure product functionality meets specifications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
    • Facilitate clear communication and alignment on product objectives and progress.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities for innovation.
    • Analyze competitive products and industry trends to keep solutions relevant and cutting-edge.
  • Agile Product Management:
    • Define and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
    • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-priority features and enhancements.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Define success metrics (KPIs) and monitor product performance post-launch.
    • Use data analytics tools to measure user engagement, identify bottlenecks, and inform iterative improvements.

Required Skills

  • Product Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and APIs.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments.
  • Data Analysis: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Documentation: Ability to create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and User Stories.
