You’ll collaborate across functions, drive security initiatives, and ensure alignment with our risk strategy and compliance goals. Responsibilities:

  • Support Information Security, Risk, and Compliance programs (e.g., Vulnerability Management).
  • Serve as a consultant on security, risk, and compliance principles.
  • Develop and analyze reports to identify and improve security posture.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and provide security recommendations.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional security and compliance initiatives.
  • Partner with IT teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor advancements in security and privacy technologies.
  • Assist with creating and updating security documentation.
  • Review and investigate security alerts and events.
  • Monitor and oversee IT security tools and platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED with 6+ years relevant experience, Associate’s with 4+, or Bachelor’s with 2+.
  • At least 2 years of experience in information security.
  • Superior organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
  • Experience in risk management and change control processes.
  • SANS GSEC certification.
  • Root cause analysis skills.

Salary range: $91,000 – $113,000 per year, plus short-term and long-term incentives.
