Join EQUANS as a dedicated IT Service Desk Analyst and be part of a dynamic, multinational team committed to delivering exceptional first-line IT support. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in our Shared Services team, providing fast and efficient incident resolution and request management, while delivering high-quality customer service. This hybrid position allows you to work from our vibrant Quorum Business Park office two days per week, with three days from home, offering a perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility.
IT Service Desk Analyst – What You’ll Deliver

Respond to ITSM tickets and calls within defined SLAs and KPIs.

Provide first-line technical support through triage, troubleshooting, and incident categorization.

Maintain ownership of incidents and collaborate with resolver teams or third-party vendors.

Accurately log, track, and communicate incident updates using ITSM tools.

Stay current on IT environment updates to support fault resolution and service transitions.

Escalate high-priority or critical issues appropriately and support IT audits and security compliance.

Contribute to continuous service improvement by recommending process or tech enhancements.

Participate in occasional on-call duties to provide out-of-hours support.
IT Service Desk Analyst – Skills & Experience
Essential Qualifications

Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Solid technical background with understanding of IT infrastructures and hardware.

Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, networking, and ITSM tools.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks (especially Incident and Problem Management).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.

Proven customer service experience and team collaboration ability.
Desirable Experience

Knowledge of diagnostic tools and incident escalation processes.

Understanding of LAN/WAN and basic networking configurations.
