About the Role
As our Prospecting Specialist, you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear—and the first impression they remember. You’ll research and reach out to businesses, spark curiosity about our IT services, and qualify leads for our sales team. If you thrive on outbound prospecting, love the chase, and enjoy talking tech (or are eager to learn), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential business clients who could benefit from IT solutions.

Initiate outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest.

Qualify leads by identifying business pain points, decision-makers, and timelines.

Schedule discovery calls with the sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
What We’re Looking For

1+ year in lead generation, outbound sales, or telemarketing (B2B or IT experience a plus).

Excellent communication skills—you know how to spark interest and keep conversations flowing.

Resilient, motivated, and comfortable with rejection—you see “no” as just step one.

Basic understanding of IT services or eagerness to learn quickly.

Comfortable using CRM systems and prospecting tools.
