This position is part of the Government Secure and Intelligent Documents division in Washington, DC, with work located at Stennis Space Center, MS.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist (Data Management / System Administration), PU-2210-13 to support critical systems for the manufacturing and assembly of U.S. E-Passports and related secure documents. This role involves managing enterprise IT systems, leading data-driven process improvements, and maintaining Oracle-based supply chain and chip-tracking architectures.
Key Responsibilities

Support IT systems (Formscan, Oracle, MES) for E-Passport manufacturing and related production.

Review and recommend IT improvements for production, waste processing, and returns.

Lead data archiving, mining, and reporting to identify trends and optimize throughput.

Develop and document IT systems for supply chain, inventory, processing, and distribution.

Design and maintain Oracle inventory control and chip-tracker IT architecture.

Ensure proper database management, security, and system performance.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Must pass pre-employment requirements.

Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with Selective Service.
Experience (GS-12 and above)

Broad experience with computer project assignments requiring analysis of system design, interrelationships, operating modes, and equipment configuration.
