Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support professional to ensure smooth technology operations across our organization. Based in Ilford, this hybrid, part-time role is essential in helping our staff and clients stay connected, secure, and supported.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Assist staff in troubleshooting desktop and connectivity problems

Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory

Maintain and regularly update IT equipment

Respond to support tickets through Clearcare

Analyze system performance and suggest improvements

Train staff on new systems and software tools
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (required)

Strong customer service skills focused on end-user satisfaction

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, networking, and Active Directory

Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office

Problem-solving mindset for software and hardware troubleshooting

Experience with Clearcare systems is a plus

Salary: £31,200 per annum (pro rata)
