Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support professional to ensure smooth technology operations across our organization. Based in Ilford, this hybrid, part-time role is essential in helping our staff and clients stay connected, secure, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Assist staff in troubleshooting desktop and connectivity problems

  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory

  • Maintain and regularly update IT equipment

  • Respond to support tickets through Clearcare

  • Analyze system performance and suggest improvements

  • Train staff on new systems and software tools

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience (required)

  • Strong customer service skills focused on end-user satisfaction

  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, networking, and Active Directory

  • Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office

  • Problem-solving mindset for software and hardware troubleshooting

  • Experience with Clearcare systems is a plus

Role Details

  • Job Type: Part-time, Temp to Perm (12-month contract)

  • Salary: £31,200 per annum (pro rata)

  • Expected Hours: 8 per week

  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ilford, IG1 3PR
