Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team in Bristol. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the firm’s technology operates efficiently. As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide 1st line support for applications, desktops, servers, and network infrastructure, with opportunities to assist in 2nd line support based on your expertise.
Key Responsibilities of an IT Support Analyst
- Provide 1st line IT support, troubleshooting technical issues for employees across the firm.
- Assist with IT system maintenance to ensure uninterrupted service and reliability.
- Support enterprise and desktop applications, including MS Windows operating systems.
- Participate in IT projects and collaborate with the IT Manager on new initiatives.
- Contribute to system upgrades, installations, and office hardware moves as required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in an IT support role, preferably within the legal sector.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with enterprise applications and hardware.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and expanding IT knowledge.
- Flexibility to work early or late shifts when required.
