We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our IT team in Chawston. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work, with a salary of up to £30k depending on experience.

We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering outstanding value outcomes in potable water, wastewater, and environmental services.

Key Responsibilities for IT Support Analyst

  • Provide IT support to maintain and ensure the functionality of all company IT systems.

  • Configure, deploy, and support IT hardware, including iPads, iPhones, laptops, and other mobile devices.

  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls according to company policies.

  • Support and maintain bespoke internal systems, ensuring efficient use across departments.

  • Offer training and guidance to staff on IT systems and software usage.

  • Manage the company Asset Register, ensuring IT equipment is accurately tracked and assigned.

  • Assist in IT security management, including account management, password security, and system updates.

  • Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and system upgrades.

Skills & Experience Required for IT Support Analyst

  • Previous experience providing first-line IT support.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for PC, network, and software issues, both remotely and on-site.

  • Expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.

  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint management.

  • Experience with helpdesk software such as Freshdesk.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to support various levels of staff.

  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Full UK driving license.
