Position Overview
The IT Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for technical support. You’ll assist users with issues related to applications, networks, systems, and devices via phone and email. You’ll also document incidents, escalate complex issues, and contribute to our knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and mobility

Respond to calls and emails from users with professionalism and accuracy

Log all issues into incident tracking systems thoroughly

Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams

Contribute to and promote use of the knowledge base

Assist in onboarding and training new team members

Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Education:
Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Technical Skills:
-
Knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
-
Proficiency in MS Office, email platforms, and internet applications

Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
-
Working knowledge of Windows OS

Passion for customer service

Friendly, self-motivated, and solution-oriented

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly, including occasional overtime
Experience

Prior experience in a help desk, call center, or IT support role preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $49,800 – $79,200
